Cybersecurity taught us how to do this
Our founders, Gala and Jason, met working with cybersecurity companies, and most of our clients are still there. At some point it stopped being where we came from and became what we're known for.
How we got here
Gala and Jason met at Zscaler. That's where their mutual cybersecurity experience started – not as a business strategy, but as a shared understanding of what it takes to market complex products to skeptical buyers.
Most technical buyers don't trust marketing on principle – so the messaging has to earn credibility before it asks for attention. We build positioning that respects the buyer's intelligence, websites that do the explaining before the sales call, and content that reads just as well to a CISO as it does to a CMO.
We started inside the industry. Now we work alongside the companies still in it – with the advantage of knowing what it looks like from both sides.

We could talk about it all day, here’s the proof
We just told you about our experience. Here's what it actually produced across the industries we know best.

Why Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity is one of the fastest growing industries in tech, and one of the most demanding. The products are complex, the buyers are technical, and the market moves fast enough that what worked last quarter might not work next.
Cybersecurity attracts minds that think like hackers even when they're building defenses – curious, resourceful, and sharp enough to see through anything that isn't real. Backgrounds are unconventional. Expertise matters more than pedigree. And there's a sense of humor that comes from spending your career outsmarting bad actors. That combination makes for our favorite kind of client relationship. They push back with good reasons, they challenge our work the same way they challenge their own, and we're better because of it.
What our clients notice first
We don't need ramp-up time to learn your industry. We've worked inside it and alongside it. That means the first conversation is about strategy, not education.
Wondering what this costs?
Fair. We try to be as transparent as possible about how we price our engagements. We organize each project by stage because a seed-round startup and a pre-IPO enterprise need different things.
We believe in radical transparency
In cybersecurity, that's not a philosophy – it's the baseline. Your clients expect it from you and you should expect it from us.
We share the tools we build on, the platforms we manage projects in, and the partners that complete our ecosystem. Not just because it's a nice marketing move, but because we think how an agency works says as much about them as the work itself. If we're asking you to trust us with your brand, you should know exactly what we will do with it.
Every tool in our ecosystem was adopted because it solved a real problem on a real project. Every partnership was earned through daily use, not a sales pitch. And we'll show you all of it.
One team, multiple ways we help
Define. Build. Optimize. Three phases, nine services, and a team that handles all of them. Nothing on the list exists because it looked good on a website – it's there because clients trust us to do it right.

Qontour delivered Turngate's complete brand identity, Webflow website, and tradeshow booth in 8 weeks. Of course, results may vary, and timeline depends on scope and decision-making speed – startups that can make fast decisions get fast results. We scope every engagement before committing to a timeline.
Yes. Turngate's product was still being built when we started. We worked alongside the founders – the brand and the product evolved together in real time.
No. Turngate had four people total when they engaged us – two founders, one in sales, and a marketing lead who had just joined. We work directly with founders and adapt to lean teams. The key is having someone who can make decisions, not just a full department.
That's the goal. We built Turngate's site on Webflow and trained the founders to manage it. Two years later, they maintain the site, design their own merch, and publish content independently. We set up workflows and systems so you don't depend on us indefinitely.
A typical startup engagement includes brand identity, Webflow website, content workflows, and training. Turngate also received tradeshow booth design and a complete brand kit with components, icons, animations, and templates. Scope is tailored to what you actually need.

That’s what we do.
In the meantime – we built a free site diagnostic we're really proud of. We already have your email so you won't have to give us something we don't already have
