Productizing advisory services for modern clients.
Overview
Great Waters Financial needed to expand from a regional consumer brand into financial advisory services – without losing the identity that made them recognizable. Qontour refined their positioning, introduced transactional design patterns that made complex services feel tangible, and consolidated two separate platforms into a unified Webflow site.
A leap into financial services
Great Waters came to us with courage and a willingness to stand apart. They were expanding into advisory services and needed messaging and visual language that would build credibility with a new audience. We refined their positioning to carry the trust they'd already earned into a space where trust is everything – translating values like security, clarity, and authenticity into language and design that resonated with advisory clients.

Transactional design
Advisory services are intangible by nature – hard to browse, harder to compare. We borrowed from ecommerce patterns to make Great Waters' offerings feel productized and navigable. Interface design turned complex service tiers into something a prospect could scan, understand, and act on without a phone call first.

Site consolidation
Great Waters operated a WordPress marketing site and a separate Webflow events platform. Two codebases, two content management workflows, two sets of inconsistencies. We consolidated both into a single Webflow build – streamlining content management, unifying the user journey, and giving the team one platform to maintain instead of two.
