A last-minute pivot that launched days later, not months.
Overview
GreyNoise came to Qontour for a Webflow migration – but a late-stage design pivot changed the scope overnight. We adapted quickly, introduced design variations in Webflow, gained client approval, and launched with only a few days' delay. The partnership continued into AI-assisted visual asset production and ongoing site maintenance.
Navigating the pivot
What started as a routine Webflow migration shifted when a design direction change emerged right before launch. Webflow's flexibility let us introduce design variations quickly, present options for approval, and keep the project moving without a full reset. The relaunch was delayed by days, not weeks.

Site scalability
We migrated GreyNoise to Webflow, giving their marketing team direct control over content and site updates – freeing the engineering team to focus on the product. The build was designed for independence – CMS collections, page templates, and component patterns their marketing team could use to publish and iterate on their own.

AI design enablement
Qontour and GreyNoise adopted generative AI early for blog artwork and social media visuals. The approach produced consistent, high-quality assets at a pace that traditional design production couldn't match – giving the marketing team a visual library they could draw from without waiting on custom design for every piece.

That's what we do
You talk, we listen. Then we'll figure out together if it’s a fit.
In the meantime – we built a free site diagnostic we're really proud of. We already have your email so you won't have to give us something we don't already have
